Each member of the care team ensures quality care. Most of our care team members have worked with us for many years and a majority of our care team are caregivers. Care team members have been through extensive hiring and training processes.

With each applicant we do the following:
Conduct an extensive interview
Check their references
Assess their job skills using a thorough written test
Review recent health exams, including TB testing
Perform a criminal background check
After hiring a care team member, they undergo continuing training to update and enhance their job skills.
